Returns and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. We hope you love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, please read our return and refund policy below.
Returns
  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • To initiate a return, please email us at info@larusulondon.com with your order number, details of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • All returns must be sent via tracked postage at your own expense. We are not responsible for items lost or undelivered during return shipping.

 

Refunds
  • Once we receive and review your return, we will issue you a store credit equal to the value of the returned item(s).
  • If your return is sent after the 14-day window, it will not be accepted, and the item will be returned to you.
  • We do not currently offer cash refunds or exchanges.
  • For made to order items we are unable to offer returns.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items
  • If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us at [insert your email] within 14 days of receipt with your order details and photos of the fault.
  • We will arrange for a replacement item to be sent at no extra cost.

 

Important Notes
  • Store credit will only be issued once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We do not accept returns on items that are not in their original condition or that appear worn or used.
